Habitat for Humanity Greater San Francisco has a 3-bedroom, 1-bathroom home with yard for sale in Belle Haven this Spring! Habitat for Humanity partners with working families and the community to provide successful first-time homeownership opportunities. Homes are sold for no profit and with zero-interest mortgages.
All interested families are invited to attend an orientation to hear about the Habitat program and to pick up an application.
Who is eligible to buy a Habitat home?
• First-time homebuyers.
• Wage earners who are legal permanent residents or U.S. citizens.
• Selection preference given to waitlist for Menlo Park's below market rate (BMR) housing and those who live or work in Menlo Park.
• Households who have lived together for one year with an annual gross income within the following range, defined by the Department of Housing & Urban Development (HUD):

Applications can be obtained at one of the orientation meetings at Onetta Harris Community Center:

Applications are only available at orientations. Orientations are conducted in English and a translator should accompany all non-English speaking applicants. As space is limited, we ask that only one applicant per family attend the meeting. Dates and locations for Application Turn-in Workshops will be distributed at the orientations.
